COUNCIL MEETINGS:
- Regular Meetings of Council are held on the second Wednesday of each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the Rockwood Administration Office, 285 Main Street, Stonewall MB.

Correspondence: Anyone wishing to direct correspondence to Council is to submit the correspondence to the office prior to 4:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month. All covering letters must be signed and shall include the mailing address and telephone number of the person signing.
- Delegations: Anyone wishing a delegation to Council is to notify the office, in writing, prior to 4:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month. The letter is to state the subject to be discussed during the delegation.
- Committee of the Whole Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month commencing at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Rockwood Administration Office, 285 Main Street, Stonewall MB.
